You can find Goldstein in a cave ontoop of the other obvious cave.
To enter her cave you have to climb up the stairs of the west wall, following it south.

She is one of the pirates with a pistol and a small round shield.
Right behind the entrance of the cave are patrolling two named elite enemies with cannons. You can easy avoid them, what I recommand - they are strong, annoying and refuse to die, its hard even for Lv 60.

He is in the small cave UPSTAIRS (there is a cave ontop of another cave). Exit the cave below, note the caves form a skull, climb by the left.
