I'm Furnishings 200 + 6 aptitude levels: The purple package is the only one worth "farming". The green parcel gives one of the T5 mats (~20-30) and one bottle of azoth or so, the blue crate usually gives 2 schematics 20+ of 2-3 T5 mats and for purple package I've received these following better-than-average drops: Rustic Wooden Scroll Case (blue), Jade Carved Canopy Bed (blue), Stacked 🤬 x2 (separate times - purple), Loaded Dice (purple) and Philosopher's Stone (purple)...so it's possible, just expensive depending on your sever. :)

the worst package in the whole aptitude system, don't waste your mats if you are just trying to get these

opened 2 so far 1 go nothing buy white materials. Second one got 2 white materials and a recipe I already learned :/ not worth farming.

opened mine and got white materials only (~20 of each orichalcum ingot, infused leather, and infused silk ...)

lvl200+12 now: i have got around 15 random schematics (all was new for me), will snipe tier5 chest further :D

So far I have not obtained a single schematic from these chests. I believe them to be bugged or AGS just nerfed them further.
