Killing Shah Neshen will reward you with the following drops...

... once a week:
Major Sandwurm Spoils + 8.000 Umbral Shards + 200 Sandwurm Materia + Minor Heartrune of The Devourer + 3 Gyspum Orbs

... once a day:
Minor Sandwurm Spoils + 2.000 Umbral Shards + 200 Sandwurm Materia + Gyspum Orb

... endless:
If you have completed the Season 2 Story Line you will be able to accept Rise of the Hero, this quest will reward you with a Gyspum Orb once per kill.
