I'm tired of these annoying bugs, wasting an absurd amount of time on something that should be simple, and it becomes too boring and exhausting! Bugged mission AGAIN!

This mission seems bugged - Montrapala the Unruled spawns at Isle of Zurvan, yet killing it, does not grant mission completion. I haven't found another Montrapal in Tribunal Highmound as the quest suggests.
