Not apprear with the new update on the 03 october 2023

Since 10/03/2023 the mission has not appeared to be done

as of 10/04/2023 this quest is bugged and does not appear. there's ~20 people in discord bug reporting it. one of the prerequisites cut off, i'm pretty sure it stopped at stirring the sands prereq quest where you get stuck and can't progress the quest lines anymore

I just found the quest!!
It is not in your journal and it is not marked as a main quest on the map. It is a regular marker. If you look up this quest on this website here and track the position of the npc who is giving it to you, you will find the marker. It is in the new Desert Area in the Palace of Nechbet right next to the quicktravel spot on the right
