Quest is bugged, I am getting the finish marker at the Laz entrance but he should be in Shattered Mountain, turn up there and no Sign of Leyson Reese

Quest not progressing regardless if we enter from the front or port in w/ others orb.

going to lazarus doesn't progress this for me for some reason. done it twice with the free orbs, never progressed.
