Carrionstar Sorceress is literally the only mob that drops this...so 14 times you need to kill her.

SEEMS TO ONLY DROP FROM THE CARRIONSTAR SORCERESS, ON THE PLATFORM IN THE MIDDLE OF HAEDUS. YOU NEED TO KILL THE MOB 14 TIMES.
