The north western spawn in Castrum Principium is an easy solo. As of patch 1.8.2 his melee swipe does NOT hit you. So long as you are close enough to have him use it you can't be hurt by the swipe. His crouching attack will still hit and all ranged attacks will too. So it's stupidly easy to solo kill him. There are times though he will loose your position and literally run way causing a fail. The game does really bad with the wooden structures and player locations.
11 luck pieces + 6 pearls, 2 Basic luck trophies & 1 major.
Farmed for 3 days 8 hours each on and off with about 6-7 kills per hour if there was help or not. so about 150+ kills in total.
6 First Prophecy, 5 Liver of Prometheus, 4 Biggus, 3 Last Prophecy, 1 Chiromancer's Palm.

There are 2 more locations where he spawns:
One beeing at the road from the Outpost Taverna Mercatus to Castrum Perdita, at a wooden palisade. (saw him only once there)
And another at the area called "Rise of Sutekh" next to the Outpost Taverna Mercatus, right north of the "sand" area, spawning at a torch like altar with a flag next to it. Spawnrate unknown but must be around 2-3mins

There are 2 one go for the single one on the tower next to alch chest ou can kill it solo.

Run from mobs until get close of the mob up in the tower.
Hide behind the sarcophagus that is out of the wood area until the mobs gone away.
Kill him solo forever.

there is a spawn point near acropolis you can solo it if you are decent player hes lvl 66 elite mob
