easily soloable with a void blade that has voracious blade, just takes about 5 minutes.

Killed 2 times: 25 minute respawn timer during daylight. If 25 minute mark is during night, it will respawn at dawn instead. Stones blocking chest respawned at dusk. If you are standing in that alcove, it will push you out into the main portion of the cave when the stones respawn.

1h respwan time.
After you enter the cave, on the left side is a smaller cave, blocked by stones with two elite chests behind.
Those stones will disappear with the enemie beeing killed and will respwan 30 min later.
So if the stones are up, you need to wait less than 30 min till the respwan.

50mins respawn timer.. Seems like it only spawns in the day.. Because I got it to 10% and it despawned

A word of note when it comes to this boss after soloing it yesterday It can be CCed even by clearout I had a warhammer/flail setup yesterday first time even in the zone and was able to keep it CCed for most of the engagement and since it doesnt have grit you can literally interrupt its attacks so if its going to set up an explosion you can stop it or its spins
Took me like 5-6 mins to get em down in all a pretty easy boss I ran a 5 con build in light armor

Yeah pretty much 1 hr cooldown... soloable as healer with voidblade and like 150-200 con, doesnt hit that hard so u can recover health, just takes long to kill solo so get some friends to help.

many people do it with void blade but its not good idea at all . attacks deal way too low dmg with void , use hatchet with inferno OR void g for oblivion and tether or anything that provide some rend or empower like flail
its super easy with hatchet + angry earth coating + keen leeching ring , i did it with random items from my storage
